Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your YOHO LIFESTYLE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
